Good morning, I hope you had a lovely half term! I would like you to write a recount about something that you have done this week.
Please remember to:
- write in first person (my, I, me, we, our)
- use adjective to help describe what you have done
- use some adventurous word choices (wow you audience!)
- use full stop and capital letter correctly, as well as other punctuation
- use a variety of sentence starters (time, place, adverbial)
- use different sentence rules
On Sunday, I went Trafford Centre with Tia, my neighbor. After I came back we put make up on.
On Monday I went shopping with my mum and sisters. I got new clothes. On Saturday, I was bored so my mum said we are going to a party. It was a 50th party. It was fun! I had party food called Gelof Rice.
On Saturday when we started are half term break. Me and my dad whent to lego land and it was AMAZING!!!! It was at the Trafford Centre. On Sunday I had to stay at home beacause my nanna was poorly.
On thursday I went to the Trafford Center to whatch Penguins of Madagasga, I had lots of sweets yumyum.After that, I went to the arcades and I went on the go carts my friend it was so EXITING :] xxxooo
2 Days ago on Saturday me and my dad whent to Sealife at the Trafford Centre! We had to wait for about 10 mins because me and my dad had an Ice-Cream, I had Bubblegum and my dad had Caramel and Pecan. We had a FANTASTIC time at Sealife!!!!! 😉
On Saturday I went to the zoo. I saw elephants and snakes, but my favourite animal was the baby Snow Leopards. I had a great time! After we had looked at half the zoo, we went to the cafe to have some lunch with some hot chocolate. After lunch we looked at the rest of the zoo. I hope I can go again soon!!! 😉
On Thursday me and my friend Jack played football on my street,I was in net and he was taking shots at me.I saved most of them, but let 2 in. Suddenly he blasted the ball and it hit me in my face it stung like mad but we carried on playing until it got too cold.
I had a great day during the half term on Saturday I played a football match and won 8-2. On Friday I slept at my nans and on Sunday I bought a new game 🙂
Last week, I went on holiday. I went to Las Vegas for my uncle’s wedding. It was great, I would like to go again.
I went in the Stratosphere, it was high it is 1400 feet. It has a glass floor, it was a bit scary, it was 70 degrees it was cool. I was in a limousine, we went to fountains they were not only fountains they dancing fountains!
At the wedding we saw the fake Elvis and I went to the MGM Grand, it is the biggest hotel in Las Vegas.
I went down the strip in Las Vegas. I went on the Zip Wire it was 75 feet.;-)
Last week, I had a fantastic sleep over at my nana’s house with my brothers and sisters. I watched the simpsons. It was fun. The best thing about sleeping at her house was spending time with her! When I woke up my little sister blew bubbles in my face. I enjoyed it very much.
Last week me and my brother played football at my Uncles house ;-0 so fun
Who won?
On Sunday, I went to the carvery for mu dinner, afterwards I went home. At home, I played on my Xbox 360. The next day my cousins came round and we played football on the football pitch. On Tuesday I had to do some jobs and yesterday went to pool to watch people play and then I played with some kids and nobody beat me.Then we had tea there and then we got home and we had Sunday dinner then I went on my phone and I went to bed to get ready for school on Monday. 🙂

On Thursday me and my family went to my nanas. Then we all went out shopping and i won a me to you bear. Then we went for some tea then went to wake ware house i could never ask for anything better than what we did that day. We also had time to go to the cinema i had lots of popcorn.Then we went home and watched a film called THE LITTLE VAMPIRE it was quite scary and funny.
One cold Morning , I went to gullivers world with my lovely family .We went on all the scary rides at gullivers world it was so fun on the rides. Later, that day we had a pinic on a large,hard bench it was very nice , yummy . After that we went to the park and it was so fun at the park because we went on the silde and climb up the climbing frame . Then we all went for a walk we got really muddy , dirty but it was actually fun . The best bit was going with my family .
Last week, my friend Summer came to my house. My mum said we were going out to wobbly bobs. When we got there we went up the steps and went down the long blue slide whilst bouncing up and down on the huge,red bolls. The best bit was when we jumped in the boll pitch. When we got home from wobbly bobs we rushed up stairs to my room and watched power rangers and ate popcorn and sweets.
Last week, I went swimming, my sister tried to do the dolphin but it wasn’t successful so my mum taught her to do it when she got it right she showed it to us. After we watched it we all went home we had to take three bus’ and on the way home we passed my nanna’s house. When we got off the bus, we started to walk home. Finally we got in the house, we got in to are onesies and had a nice warm hot chocolate and my mum asked us if we wanted to play monopoly.
