• write in first person (my, I, me, we, our)
• use adjective to help describe what you have done
• use some adventurous word choices (wow you audience!)
• use full stop and capital letter correctly, as well as other punctuation
• use a variety of sentence starters (time, place, adverbial)
• use different sentence rules
